  • Egg requires slight lifting of edge to release from pan, when cooking without oil.
  • Base of pan may concave during heating causing the food to run to one side.
  • Pan exterior has a stainless steel base, can discolour and require extra effort to remove residue.
  • Relatively thin base.
  • Only OK for durability, may deteriorate quicker than other ceramic frypans.
