Good Points
- Easy to clean the interior and exterior of the pan. It is best to wipe out the pan with paper towel and avoid detergent as this can remove the seasoning.

Bad Points
- Handle has no non-slip grip.
- Fairly unbalanced. It has a long handle and the grip area is away from the pan which causes the pan to tilt when lifting.
- Moderately heavy.
- Handle is not comfortable – flat wrought iron handle with hard edges, no non-slip grip, limited areas of comfort to grip, need to use and oven mitt.
- The frypan shows oil stains on the interior and base.
- When storing protect the surface of the bench or other pans as the pan can leave rust marks.
- Thin base heats up quickly, need to monitor heat settings during cooking.
- Frypan needs to be greased well to prevent food from sticking.
