- Balanced, very lightweight frypan.
- Easy to clean interior.
- Handle has non-slip grip.
Bad Points
- Non-stick capabilities may not perform well, pan may need to be greased.
- Egg requires lifting to release from pan, when cooking without oil.
- Handle is uncomfortable, hard edged plastic handle.
- The stainless steel exterior and base can discolour and require extra effort to remove residue.
- The area of the handle close to the exterior of the frypan can trap residue.
- Exposed rivets inside the pan can trap residue.
- Thin base may cause pan to heat up quickly. Need to monitor pan and manage temperature setting on your cooktop to prevent fry pan burning your food.
