- Fairly easy to clean if there's no baked-on food residue.

- Non-stick capabilities may not perform well, you may need to add a little oil.
- Unbalanced pan, heavy.
- Need to apply a thin layer of cooking oil to pan after cleaning.
- Extra effort required to remove baked on food residue from bottom of pan if burnt on soft scourer required or soaking.
- Very uncomfortable, cast iron handle.
