- Handle is fairly comfortable, smooth, slightly rounded wide stainless steel handle. Most areas are comfortable to grip.
- Full induction base area and sides.
Bad Points
- Excessive scrubbing could leave scratch marks.
- The stainless steel can discolour on the base and the copper sides of the pan require extra attention as smudges are noticeable.
- Stainless steel exposed rivets can discolour and the area of the handle close to the exterior of the frypan can trap residue.
- Handle has no non-slip grip.
- Possible vibration noise intermittently and a hum when using an induction cooktop.
- Thin base heats up quickly, need to monitor heat settings during cooking.
- Basic instructions.
- Frypan needs to be greased well to prevent food from sticking.
