Good Points
- Fairly balanced, light weight.
- No noticeable noise when using induction.
- Full induction base area and sides.
- Thick base.
Bad Points
- OK comfort, narrow stainless steel handle.
- Handle has no non-slip grip, limited areas of comfortable grip.
- Only OK to clean extra effort required to remove baked on residue from the stainless steel interior and exterior.
- Some yellow staining from oil is very difficult to remove.
- The stainless steel can discolour on the base and sides of the pan and require extra effort to remove residue.
- Discoloration on the copper strip on the exterior of the pan when cleaned in a dishwasher.
- No non-stick coating, frypan needs to be greased well to prevent food from sticking.
- Straight sides of pan make it difficult to lift/flip food.
