Good Points

- Cast iron handles on the pot are secure as they are moulded to the bowl.
- Limited wear and tear of pot rim, slightly dented.

Bad Points
- D-shaped handles on the sides of the lid have limited grip, lid handles overhang the side handles on the bowl.
- The pot does not sit flat on the cooktop surface, moves easily, the cooktop base does not have full contact of the cooking zone.
- Can be difficult to grip the lid handles when using an oven mitt.
- Lid is fairly heavy.
- Smaller side pot handles are only OK to grip especially when the lid is on.
- Lifting with a heavy load may not feel secure.
- Grey coloured interior can be difficult to determine whether your food is browning in the pan due to the lack of contrast.
- Interior surface may need oiling after washing.
- Initial seasoning is a process but fairly easy to do, upkeep is needed overtime such as oiling.
- Acidic foods weaken the seasoning avoid cooking these foods until the cookware is very well seasoned.
- Lid handles can become dangerously hot.
- No basting spikes.
