- Non-stick capabilities may not perform well, pan may need to be greased.
- Egg requires slight lifting to release from pan, when cooking without oil.
- Base of pan may concave during heating causing the food to run to one side.
- The base is a rough coated ceramic that may discolour overtime.
- Exposed rivets inside and outside the pan can trap residue.
- Handle does not have non-slip grip.
- May not be compatible with some induction cooktops cooking zones.
