Bad points

Bad Points

  • Poor performance for making curry paste using mini processor bowl.
  • Mini processor bowl is almost full with and about half height, so not a true mini processor.
  • Blender is poor for blending fibrous leafy food.
  • Blender is only OK for chopping.
  • Slicing and shredding discs have limited grip. Care needs to be taken when assembling and disassembling.
  • Can't run the machine for longer than 1 minute without a rest period.
  • Some parts are fiddly to clean with cracks and crevices.
  • Many parts and attachments can be difficult to store.
  • Large glass blender is heavy, base is removable but strength required to remove for ease of cleaning around blade.
  • Possible hand access to slicing/shredding blades through large chute, no safety lock feature.
  • Difficult to grip control dial to use pulse function.
  • Very noisy.
  • Large heavy unit can vibrate on the bench and jolt with a load.
  • Blender lid sits very firmly in the jug and required strength to lift out.
  • Due to inbuilt scales, best to leave unit out on bench and minimize movement in order to prevent damaging scales.
  • Can be difficult to remove mini bowl from inside large bowl, limited grip as it sits inside the bowl.
  • Instructions include parts and accessories not included with this particular model and includes other languages, can be confusing.
