Good Points
- Balanced, very lightweight frypan.
- Easy to clean interior.
Bad Points
- Non-stick capabilities may not perform well, pan may need to be greased.
- Egg requires lifting to release from pan, when cooking without oil.
- Base of pan may concave during heating causing the food to run to one side.
- Exterior has a stainless steel base that can discolour and require extra effort to remove residue.
- Exposed rivets inside and outside the pan can trap residue and may discolour.
- Handle is not sealed, small opening at the base that allows for water to fill into the handle and then leak out. Best not to put in the dishwasher or place in a sink full of water.
- Handle does not have non-slip grip.
- Base of frypan has a reduced magnetic area for induction cooking.
- Relatively thin base.
- Only OK for durability, may deteriorate quicker than other ceramic frypans.
