Bad Points
- Black coloured interior can be difficult to determine whether your food is browning and to see any residue in the pan due to the lack of contrast.
- Interior surface may need oiling after washing.
- Initial seasoning is a process but fairly easy to do, upkeep is needed overtime such as oiling.
- Baked on residue can be difficult to remove.
- Acidic foods weaken the seasoning avoid cooking these foods until the cookware is very well seasoned.
- Lid handles can become dangerously hot.
