- 15 years warranty.
- Limited wear and tear of pot rim, slightly dented after durability test.
- Limited wear and tear of lid edge.
- Lid handle is moulded onto the lid, no screw.
- Good size gap between handle and lid, easy to grip when wearing an oven mitt.
- Good sized side pot handles with sufficient gap to grip when using oven mitts.
- Raw cast iron body and lid ok to clean if food not baked on.
- Rough black coloured interior ok to clean, lid easy to clean.
- Self basting spikes in the lid.
Bad Points
- Handle has slightly hard edges, only OK comfort to grip.
- Black coloured interior can be difficult to determine whether your food is browning in the pan due to the lack of contrast and dark walls.
- Oval shaped dutch oven is only OK to clean in a domestic sink.
- Interior surface may need oiling after washing, due to discolouring.
- Some browning baked on residue is difficult to remove, may need a soft scourer to lift.
