- Thick base gives better control of temperature.
- Non-stick capability performs excellent, no need to grease.
Bad Points
- Base of pan may concave during heating causing the food to run to one side.
- The stainless steel base can discolour and require extra effort to remove stains and residue.
- Stainless steel rivets inside pan may stain and accumulate residue.
- The area of the handle close to the exterior of the frypan can trap residue this area can stain and discolour and require extra effort to remove residue.
- Base of frypan has a reduced magnetic area for induction cooking.
- No non-slip grip.
