- Limited wear and tear of lid edge.
- Suitable for indoor and open-fire use.
- Smooth light coloured interior easy to clean.
- Round shaped dutch oven fairly easy to clean in a domestic sink.
- The black exterior wonÂt show oil stains or marks that are a natural result of baking.
Bad Points
- Wire handle on lid is uncomfortable to grip.
- Lid handle sits too close to top of lid, difficult to grip when wearing an oven mitt.
- Small sized side pot handles with minimal gap to grip when using oven mitts.
- Very small sized side pot handles with limited gap to grip when using oven mitts.
- Slightly rough raw cast iron exterior, lid only OK to clean, some crevices that can trap residue.
- Baked on residue may require extra effort to remove.
- Acidic foods can stain the light enamel.
- The wire handle can discolour, looks rusted where it is attached to the cast iron lid. The base can form rust need to dry thoroughly, may need oiling.
- Side handles can become dangerously hot.
