Good Points
- Unit has a combined On/Off and start button and is obvious with a contrasting colour.
- Unit has a uniform compact size and shape, may fit comfortably into a cupboard. Easy to lift and move.
- Audible feedback response to control selection and audible response to end of cooking.
- Removable non stick cooking basket with handle that locks into the air fryer drawer.
- Comfortable handle with easy access to slide that locks and unlocks the basket and the drawer. The basket can be removed completely from the drawer.
- Pre-programmed settings plus variable temperature selection.
- Can adjust time and temperature when cooking in progress.
- When the bowl and drawer are separate they are light weight and easy to handle when cleaning.
- Claimed to have PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coated bowl.
- Prompt to shake or turn the food.
Bad Points
- Pre-programmed settings are symbols so may need to refer to the instruction manual initially.
- No viewing window.
- Touch control display panel needs to be free from grease as it may not respond.
- Can be difficult to clean around exposed element, metal ceiling is OK to wipe over, baked on residue may stain. Over time may cause residue to burn on and cause the unit to expel unpleasant odours and smoke during use.
- The black interior is OK to wipe out, baked on residue may be difficult to clean.
- Fairly basic instructions. Includes cooking guide, no recipes.
