Good Points
- Removable non stick cooking rack with finger holes, easy to insert and remove.
- Drawer is fairly light weight with a load and comfortable to lift with one hand.
- Drawer has a small sized window. Good viewing window with separate internal light. Can turn internal light on and off using control panel.
- Unit has a uniform compact size and shape, may fit comfortably into a cupboard. Easy to lift and move. Small grip area under unit to assist in lifting.
- Digital display is bright and clear with touch controls, press buttons and a control dial. On/Off button is obvious, and there is a separate start button with contrasting colour.
- Unit has a black plastic exterior which is easy to wipe over. Mostly smooth.
- Drawer and rack can be cleaned in a domestic sink, may require extra effort or soaking to remove any baked on residue.
- Prompt to shake or turn the food.
Bad Points
- Sliding out the drawer requires some effort/strength, can stick.
- No written labelling, pre programmed settings are symbols so may need to refer to the instruction manual initially. Relatively small symbols.
- Controls are not easy to comprehend, need to refer to the instruction manual initially.
- Touch control display panel needs to be free from grease as it may not respond.
- Some cracks and crevices around the push buttons and control dial to trap dirt.
- Can be difficult to clean around element. No access to the fan, overtime residue can build up around the fan, may cause residue to burn on and cause the unit to expel unpleasant odours and smoke during use.
- The interior has a metal surface and the bottom element has an exposed element, making is difficult to clean and can trap residue.
- Instructions are confusing with multiple languages. Need to download and print user manual but mostly images and diagrams which is not necessarily self explanatory.
- Control panel is on the front of the unit may need to bend slightly to view.
