Bellini Intelli Kitchen Master BTMKM510W
Good Points
- The blades are very easy to assemble and disassemble.
- The unit is very stable on bench during operation.
- The cooking time, temperature and speed can be adjusted at any time without the need to stop the machine.
- Exterior has very few cracks and crevices, easy to wipe over smooth surfaces.
Bad Points
- Only OK overall.
- Digital display can be difficult to read unless at eye level.
- Quite noisy during operation on a higher speed.
- Jug vibrates when mixing heavy dough.
- Jug can get very hot during cooking.
- No cord storage.
- Baked-on food can be difficult to clean from the bottom of the jug.
- Lid can be a little stiff to close and open.
- Had to distinguish between the stirrer and the chopping blade (chopping blade has a small area where the blade is quite sharp).
- Recipe book is very poor for an appliance that requires clear instructions initially.
- Boiling liquids can bubble up out of the lid hole around the measuring cup and splash onto the bench.
- Braising meats and vegetables can become shredded.
- Slow to respond to temperature change, especially reducing from a high temperature.
- The jug can move slightly with a heavy load.
- Difficult to remove heavy batters and dough from around the blade, scraping the sides of the bowl is not smooth with the ridges.
- If the machine is stopped to scrape the sides of the bowl or to check the food, the temperature, time and speed need to be reprogrammed.
