Monefy Pro is a swift little app for tracking a simple budget via manual data entry. Expenses and income can be added directly from the main screen via their appropriate category. The addition of notes allows you to clearly identify expenses in a more granular manner if the main categories are a little too ambiguous for your liking. All data stays on your device, but you can back it up to Dropbox or Google Drive (Android only) and then sync it to another device. Go for this if you want a dead-simple tracker that can be used to set a budget.
