Goodbudget allows you to set spending limits using the envelope method of budgeting. It can take time to set up and learn how to effectively use this app. Funds are assigned to each envelope initially, and then expenses can be assigned to them on-the-go. Generated reports can give a good general overview of the expenditure incurred for each envelope, while a running tally lets you know when you're about to hit your limit for each envelope.
