Innim Money Manager & Expenses is a wholly free tool for manually recording expenses and budgeting. Because it's free, you have to put up with full-screen ads every now and then, mostly when launching the app. It's relatively easy to start tracking your spending, though some category set-up may be required, and it's very easy to identify expenses and search for them. A useful app for tracking spending by category.
