The Wallet app has a few more features in the Android version than it does in the iOS version, namely saving goals, shopping lists, loyalty card images and warranty information, but both versions can be used to track expenditure manually or by connecting to a bank, and can help you budget. Categorisation is good, and can be customised by the user, and labels can be added to make a transaction clearer. There is very good provision for location and photo data to be added to transactions as well. Charts and reports give a good indication of how you're tracking with your spending on a categorical basis.
