Bad Points
- No viewing window.
- Extra large drawer and basket can be difficult to clean in a domestic sink.
- u0026#032: Drawer and basket are awkward to use, the basket sits loosely inside another large bowl (that catches drips and food crumbs) the basket has a handle but does not lock into the bowl. The basket and bowl sit on a runner that slides in and out of the unit. Because the basket does not lock into the bowl, care needs to be taken when removing the basket as drips can occur. The bowl does not have a handle to lift out of the unit, care needs to be taken when hot.
- Cracks inside the runners can be difficult to access and clean.
- Some cracks and crevices around controls and dials can trap residue.
- Element and fan are protected by a grate unable to access to clean.
- Metal interior is OK to wipe over, however baked on residue may stain and be difficult to remove. Over time may cause residue to burn on and cause the unit to expel unpleasant odours and smoke during use.
- May not be able to adjust time and temperature when using the cooking app but extra time can be added at the end of the cooking program.
- Drawer is heavy with load.
- Very large heavy unit with a uniform shape, difficult to store. Takes up bench space. May not fit easily into a kitchen cupboard. Best left out on a bench top. No handles to assist in lifting.
- Instruction pamphlet is difficult to comprehend, due to key diagrams and other languages.
- u0026#032: XXXL basket/bowl is heavy with a load.
- u0026#032: The large basket has a removable non-stick perforated cooking plate, the plate can drop out when tipping out cooked food.
- u0026#032: The unit needs to be positioned away from the edge of the bench so there is room for the basket to slide out.
- u0026#032: The basket has a large handle with no non-slip grip. The handle is long so the basket does not sit flat when placing on a flat surface/bench.
