Good Points
- Good result for roasting a chicken using the rotisserie accessory.
- Large capacity, multi shelf cooking, accommodates a small whole chicken.
- Door has a large viewing window with internal light.
- Digital display is bright and clear.Touch controls but On/Off and Start control combined.
- Control panel is on the top of the unit and slanted for easy viewing.
- 5 shelf positions, fairly easy to slide in and out.
Bad Points
- Rotisserie fork and shaft can be difficult to install and remove from food especially when hot.
- Door is difficult to open, sticks and jams, can easily pull the unit when opening.
- Large unit can be difficult to store does not fit easily into a kitchen cupboard. Best left out on a bench top, takes up bench space. No handles on unit to assist in lifting.
- No written labelling. Pre-programmed settings are symbols, so may need to refer to the instruction manual initially.
- May not be intuitive, need to refer to the instruction manual initially.
- Touch control display panel needs to be free from grease as it may not respond, easy to wipe over.
- No prompt to shake or turn the food.
- Unit has a black plastic exterior with some SS trim. Some crevices to trap residue.
- Door cannot be removed for easy cleaning. There are many cracks and crevices around hinges which can trap residue and can be awkward to clean.
- SS interior can stain and baked on residue can be difficult to remove. Some crevices inside the unit can trap residue.
- No access to the fan or element, a wire shield reduces splatters around the element and fan, but overtime residue can build up around the fan, may cause residue to burn on and cause the unit to expel unpleasant odours and smoke during use.
- Fiddly to clean the rotisserie parts and mesh shelves.
- Basic instructions .
- Exterior around door can become dangerously hot.
