Good Points
- Excellent for high temperature cooking
- Very good result for low temperature cooking
- Controls are raised on a panel and have rubber seals to prevent spills running inside
- The wok burner surround is removable for easy cleaning
- Has an automatic re-ignition feature, and can be lit manually in a power outage
Bad Points
- Only OK for ease of use.
- Only 3 pots fit comfortably at a time.
- Controls aren't intuitive – has simmer, max, then min setting so the simmer is opposite to min and near the off position.
- Flame can easily go out on simmer setting.
- Simmer setting indicators do not line up with min labels.
- Controls are at the front, allowing easy access to children.
- No catchment area – spills can run under the control panel, onto bench and around burners.
- Cast iron trivets are heavy and bulky.
- The burner surrounds are not removable except for the wok burner, difficult to clean.
- Labelling is bonded and can scratch off or fade after prolonged cleaning.
- The stainless steel requires extra effort to clean.
