Good Points
- Fairly balanced, light weight.
- Full induction base area and sides.
- Recyclable product.
- Fairly comfortable, smooth and rounded stainless steel handle. Handle tapers for comfort towards the frypan.
- Fairly easy to clean interior and exterior of the fry pan. It is best to wipe out the pan with paper towel and avoid detergent as this can remove the seasoning.
- Can be used in temperatures up to 500°C.
- Claims to have an anti-rust nitrate technology bonded into the cast iron to significantly reduce rusting.
Bad Points
- The frypan requires pre-seasoning.
- The frypan shows oil stains on the interior and base.
- No non-slip grip.
- May not be comfortable for a larger hand.
- Thin base heats up quickly, need to monitor heat settings during cooking.
- Frypan needs to be greased well to prevent food from sticking.
- The area of the handle close to the exterior of the frypan can trap residue.
- Stainless steel rivets inside pan may stain and accumulate residue.
- When storing, protect the surface of the bench or other pans as the pan can leave marks.
- Base of pan may concave during heating causing the food to run to one side.
