Bad Points
- Non-stick capabilities may not perform well, pan may need to be greased.
- Egg requires lifting of edge to release from pan, when cooking without oil.
- Base of pan may concave during heating causing the food to run to one side.
- Pan exterior has a stainless steel base, can discolour and require extra effort to remove residue.
- Base of frypan has a reduced magnetic area for induction cooking.
