Getting your groceries delivered can be a welcome convenience, but which supermarkets do it best? We looked at the delivery services of Coles, Woolworths, IGA and Harris Farm to find out whether they:

  • would deliver all the items we ordered, or provide adequate substitutions
  • would deliver within the specified delivery window
  • have websites that are easy to use.

We’ve also partnered with Shop Ethical on this update to show the ratings the Ethical Consumer Group gives to each company.

In our comparison we also note associated costs including delivery, express delivery, missed order and cancellation fees, as well as which supermarkets can leave your order outside and the time limit for altering or cancelling your order.
