Good Points
- Side panels can protect food and flame from drafts.
- BBQ plate is all chargrill and a hotplate is included.
- Controls positioned at the front on a slight angle for easier viewing.
- Hotplate is reversible.
- Positive positioning for controls on high and low.
- 2/3 chargrill and 1/3 hotplate.
- No sharp edges.
- Very easy to manoeuvre, large lockable 4 castors can roll in independent directions.
- Separate ignition for each burner.
- Fairly easy to remove hotplates for cleaning. Three plates are easier to clean in a domestic sink.
- 5 year warranty is limited to the grill body.
- Fairly comprehensive instructions.
- Side burner accommodates a large pan / saucepan flat wok, has a cover that can be used as a side table when not in use.
Bad Points
- Thermometer in hood is not accurate.
- BBQ takes around 2.5 – 3 hours to assemble by 1 person, No tools supplied. Poor instructions, no details on which screws to use in each step.
- Smoke is directed into your face.
- Side tables do not collapse.
- Large dial knobs with no grip and no cross bar.
- Side burner control knob is positioned between the 2 right hand side burner controls and can be confusing.
- Restricted viewing of labelling, need to bend down to view.
- Some stainless steel on the exterior requires extra attention and effort.
- Gas bottle requires considerable effort to lift the cylinder onto hook.
