Good Points
- Control cover panel covers BBQ knobs when not in use. When open, control cover panel can be used as a condiment tray.
- Thermometer in hood is fairly accurate.
- BBQ plate is half chargrill and half hotplate. Hotplate is reversible.
- BBQ has a side burner.
- Some small side panels to protect from drafts. Burner sits low so flame is protected from the elements.
- Good open access to food when food warmer is removed.
- Large cupboard and trolley, with a set gas bottle position.
- Separate ignition for each burner.
- Labelling is large and graded, with obvious off setting.
- Control panel is smooth and fairly easy to wipe over.
- Good access to drip tray, accessible from the front, slides out easily to remove.
- Gas bottle sits in round insert inside trolley.
- 5 year warranty.
- Option to be purchased without a trolley for building in.
Bad Points
- Hood is heavy. Strength required when opening and closing.
- Hood and side tables can become dangerously hot.
- Possible that smoke may be directed into your face.
- Only OK access to controls, need to bend down to ignite and view.
- Control dials obstruct the grading and there is no labelling for high and low.
- No positive positioning on high.
- Most exterior surfaces are stainless steel and require extra effort.
- During cooking fat can splash over controls if the cover is not closed.
