Good Points
- Excellent controls.
Bad Points
- Only OK at cleaning carpet /general dirt build-up.
- Very poor for stain cleaning performance.
- Clean tank does not stand on its own so you must hold it at all times while filling and adding cleaning solution (which often requires measurements). The spout also does not hold water well, which means when you turn it to place it into the machine it spills water onto the machine and the floor.
- Poor warranty cover.
