Very good controls.

Bad Points

Poor for stain cleaning performance.
The non-removable water tank has to be filled with a jug or bucket, for instance, which is not particularly convenient.
Heavy unit and it would be difficult to move it upstairs in a two-story house, for example.
Loud and irritating (would recommend headphones or ear protection).Note that since our test the shampoo required has changed and there is no need for a de-foamer.
