Good Points
- Very good oven performance.
- Cooktop – Layout of burners: Very good positioning of burners.
- Oven clean – Control knobs cannot be removed for cleaning of the control panel.
- Oven clean – Grill element can be lowered for easy cleaning.
- Oven controls – Digital clock and timer fairly easy to program.
- Oven controls – No bending to view control function symbols, the symbols are around the outside of the dials.
Bad Points
- Cooktop – Pan support: Only OK, stable on all burners except small pot on small burner unstable.
- Cooktop – There is restricted access to some burners when in use due to proximity to other burners.
- Cooktop – Trivets: Can slide a little with non-slip feet.
- Cooktop clean – Burners: burner surround is aluminium, can stain easily making it harder to clean.
- Cooktop clean – Cooktop surface: stainless steel can be difficult to clean, shows finger print marks, may require extra attention (polishing).
- Cooktop clean – The trivets have a slightly rough cast iron surface makes it difficult to clean.
- Cooktop clean – Trivets: cast iron trivets are heavy, bulky and divided into 3 can be difficult to clean in a domestic sink.
- Cooktop controls – Controls are positioned at the front of the appliance making them accessible to children.
- Cooktop controls – Controls can be a little confusing as to which burner is for each control, partially grouped together, no grading line only a high and low flame symbol.
- Grill – Does not have means of preventing the grill shelf being accidentally pulled right out.
- No half grill.
- Oven – Door is quite heavy, stays in position, can slam shut.
- Oven – Light may not work when first installed, it needs to be activated by pressing in the oven function dial, this information is not in the instruction manual.
- Oven clean – Baking tray and shelves are difficult to clean in a domestic sink.
