Good Points
- Excellent for melting chocolate.
- Excellent for meringues.
- Excellent for pizza.
- Excellent for roasting chicken.
- Very good for making scones.
- Very good for white sauce.
- Very good layout of hotplates (simmer and dual zone at the front) and small extendable oval zone at centre.
- Good size cooktop controls with cross bar.
- The grill shelf has stoppers that prevent the shelf from being pulled out accidentally.
- Has telescopic runners.
Bad Points
- Poor for grilling.
- Extended zone on cooktop has limited use – may be suitable for a small oval Dutch oven.
- No 'on' indicator light for all cooking zones.
- Saucepan/pan larger than 21cm may not be efficient.
- Spills can bake on and make cleaning difficult.
- Stainless steel frame around cooktop may require extra cleaning attention due to smudges and fingerprints.
- Labelling on cooktop controls relating to each burner can be confusing.
- Need to bend over to identify which control relates to each zone, and the temperature settings.
- Possible that grading labels around control dials will fade over time.
- Grill rolls out loosely – not smooth.
- Oven baking tray and shelves are difficult to clean in a domestic sink.
- Gap between oven door and glass can trap condensation and spills.
- Only OK to clean stainless steel – shows fingerprint marks and smudges.
- Oven shelf supports are only OK to remove and clean, but can be tricky as catalytic liner falls off at the same time.
- Labelling for oven controls may fade over time.
- May need to refer to the manual initially to set the timers/clock.
- Oven function symbols are small.
- Oven only has fan force mode.
