- Fairly easy to store when attached to the stand mixer base. Small unit, accessories can be stored inside the bowl.
Bad Points
- Only OK for performance.
- Borderline result for mixing a cake batter and kneading a dough.
- Specific placement of beaters is required but it's recognisable.
- Exterior has cracks and crevices where food can accumulate.
- Only OK to attach and release the hand mixer to the stand mixer base.
- Firm pressure required to slide the eject lever.
- No shield, some ingredients can splash out need to slow down the speed.
- The mixer head can jolt and move slightly on the bench with a heavy load.
- Push forward lever is a little stiff to use and uncomfortable.
- Only OK to access controls.
- May need to manipulate the ingredients a few times as the ingredients can be pushed away from the beaters as the bowl spins.
