Good Points
- An extra outlet that accommodates optional accessories.
- Mixing speed guide on unit for each attachment.
- Comprehensive instructions with key diagrams and speed guides and recipe cards.
Bad Points
- Only OK for mixing a cake batter with the flex edge beater. All the ingredients were pushed to the side, needed to scrape side of bowl a few times.
- Heavy motor head is not spring loaded.
- Large button to raise and lower motor head, requires a firm press.
- No eject button to remove beater, hand can get covered in mixture.
- Mixing bowl is large and may not fit comfortably in a domestic sink.
- Pouring shield sits on the bowl and needs to be removed when lifting the motor head.
- Height of controls can be difficult for some to view.
- Flex edge beater 3 prongs pushes the batter to the sides, some unmixed ingredients in the beater.
- May not be able to whisk small quantities.
