Good Points
- 14 day change of mind policy.
- Spring loaded motor head.
- Fairly comprehensive instructions with some recipes.
- Shield is positioned on to motor head around the beater, so the shield is lifted away from the bowl when motor head is lifted, this makes it easier to access mixture when scraping down the bowl. Easy to add ingredients while shield is on, shield stops any splashing of ingredients.
Bad Points
- Dial has no grip, can become slippery.
- The stainless steel bowl has no handle to help unlock or rotate the bowl to lock into place.
- No eject button to remove beater, hand can get covered in mixture.
- No scraper beater, need to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
