- Shield is positioned on the motor head around the beater, so the shield is lifted away from the bowl when motor head is lifted. This makes it easier to access mixture when scraping down the bowl.

Bad Points
- Deep bowl can be difficult to scrape out mixture.
- Only OK to remove and replace the XL bowl, no handles.
- May need to adjust blade height this requires some strength to loosen the bolt.
- Mixer head may jolt when mixing a heavy load.
- Dial has no grip.
- No eject button to remove beater; you'll need to twist and unlock from position, hand can come in contact with mixture.
- Bowl can jam on after mixing, strength required to unlock it.
- Extra large bowl be awkward to clean bowl in a domestic sink.
- Extra large bowl has a small lip all around that is quite sharp.
- Extra attention is required when cleaning the stainless steel bowl and stainless steel parts on the unit as it can shows smudges.
- No handle which can make removing the load difficult.
- Mixing bowl is large and tall may not fit comfortably in a domestic sink.
