Good Points
- Removable non-stick cooking rack with finger holes, easy to insert and remove.
- Large capacity, accommodates 500-1000g frozen chips.
- Drawer has a large window. Good viewing window with internal light. Light can be turned on using symbol on control panel.
- Digital display with touch controls, digital display is bright and clear.
- Separate On/Off button on display.
- Unit has a black plastic exterior. Smooth surfaces, fairly easy to wipe over.
- Pre-programmed setting with adjustable time and temperatures.
- Defrost setting with a temperature setting of 30°C.
- Comprehensive instructions with cooking guide.
Bad Points
- Large unit can be difficult to store, does not fit easily into a kitchen cupboard. Best left out on a bench top, takes up bench space. No handles on unit to assist in lifting.
- No written labelling on controls. Only for 'FLIP'.
- Control panel is on the front of the unit may need to bend slightly to view.
- Large drawer may be awkward to clean in a domestic sink.
- Touch control display panel needs to be free from grease as it may not respond, easy to wipe over.
- May not be intuitive, need to refer to the instruction manual initially.
- Viewing window requires extra cleaning attention. Condensation can build up inside the drawer between the glass. Residue can become trapped between the glass and be difficult to remove.
- Can be difficult to clean around exposed element. No access to the fan, overtime residue can build up around the fan, may cause residue to burn on and cause the unit to expel unpleasant odours and smoke during use.
