The Zenbook Pro Duo represents a shift in mindset for power users. A second, half-height screen is present above the keyboard, allowing dual-screen operation in a portable form factor. You can use this screen to house tool palettes or controls in content creation software, or just as a simple area to keep an eye on social media or other content while you work on the main screen. There are trade-offs, though, such as a new location for the touchpad that takes getting used to, a palm rest that needs to be added on, and a short battery life that means you'll need to be plugged in most of the time.
