Shadia worked at CHOICE until 2024.She is an accredited practising dietitian and nutritionist and has been a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia since 2012. She has a degree in food science and nutrition and a master's degree in nutrition and dietetics, and she's also studied business.
Before working at CHOICE, Shadia worked as a nutritionist within the food industry, a clinical dietitian, worked in health promotion, and did some lecturing at a university.
As a content producer at CHOICE, she was responsible for testing a range of food categories looking at taste and nutrition.
Shadia is passionate about food and nutrition and the role sustainability plays in these areas, and she loves cooking and developing recipes.
