I'm a freelance journalist for CHOICE with over 15 years experience, primarily in the health, lifestyle, travel and finance fields for some of Australia's most recognised publications and websites.
I have degrees in psychology and health promotion, and spent my early career moving from retail and management to the public health sector across policy and community programs.
I'm also a mum to two teenage boys and two elderly dogs, all of whom keep me on my toes when it comes to cooking and cleaning (two tasks I enjoy more than I probably should), home maintenance and personal finance.
