Good Points
- Excellent result for dual basket test.
- 2 removable non stick cooking rack with finger holes, easy to insert and remove.
- Extra large capacity when using 2 drawers at the same time.
- Small grip area under unit to assist in lifting.
- Digital display is bright and clear with touch controls. On/Off button on digital display and separate start button for each drawer.
- Unit has a black plastic exterior with some stainless steel trim, smooth surfaces, fairly easy to wipe over.
- Drawers and racks can be cleaned in a domestic sink but may require extra effort or soaking to remove any baked on residue.
Bad Points
- Large unit can be difficult to store does not fit easily into a kitchen cupboard. Best left out on a bench top, takes up bench space.
- Rubber feet on the grill rack come off easily when cleaning.
- No written labelling. Pre programmed settings are symbols, so may need to refer to the instruction manual initially.
- No match or sync functions for both drawers – need to program each drawer separately.
- Touch control display panel needs to be free from grease as it may not respond.
- Can be difficult to clean around exposed element. Two elements – one per drawer. No access to the fan, overtime residue can build up around the fan, may cause residue to burn on and cause the unit to expel unpleasant odours and smoke during use.
- No prompt to shake or turn the food.
- Basic instructions.
- Control panel is on the front of the unit, may need to bend slightly to view.
- Exterior around door can become very hot.
