  • Only OK for steaming a vegetable following manufactures instructions.
  • Deep bowl can be difficult to scrape out mixture.
  • Large heavy accessories.
  • Dial has no grip.
  • May need to adjust blade height, this requires some strength to loosen the bolt.
  • No eject button to remove beater; you'll need to twist and unlock from position, hand can come in contact with mixture.
  • Extra large bowl be awkward to clean bowl in a domestic sink.
  • The lever to lift the motor head is awkward to use.
  • Unit is only OK to clean, some cracks and crevices where dirt can accumulate. Parts are large and heavy.
  • Extra attention is required when cleaning the stainless steel bowl and stainless steel parts on the unit as it can shows smudges.
  • Large bulky heavy unit, suitable for large quantities may not accommodate small portions.
  • Cooking in the mixer can be messy some condensation builds up around the unit.
