Good Points
- Excellent for low temperature cooking.
- Excellent for high temperature cooking.
- Layout positioning is very good, wok and simmer burners are positioned at the front.
- Wok trivet supplied.
- Clear grading line on controls from high to low.
- 4 individual, fairly light weight cast iron trivets are easy to clean in a domestic sink.
- All burners have a raised edge so liquid spills are less likely to run into workings.
Bad Points
- Only OK for ease of use.
- Only 3 out of 4 pots fit comfortably, there is restricted access to some burners.
- Controls are positioned at the front of the cook top making them accessible to children.
- No spill catchment.
- Glass ceramic surface OK to clean, may require extra attention to remove smudges and streak marks.
- The trivets have a slightly rough cast iron surface makes it harder to wipe over. Individual trivets cross over burners, so more surface area for spills to burn onto, making it potentially harder to clean.
- Limited trivet coverage over cooktop so borderline for stability.
- Coated metal burner surround is permanently attached to base, spill scan accumulate around the join making it tricky to clean.
- Labelling is printed and may scratch off or fade after prolonged cleaning.
