Good Points
- Very good for low and high temperature cooking tests.
- Good for turn down performance.
- Layout positioning is very good, wok and simmer burner are positioned at the front.
- Labelling is fairly clear and obvious as to which burner.
- Labelling is printed and protected under glass.
- Cast iron trivets are individual so easy to clean in a domestic sink as well as being light weight.
- Trivets have a fairly smooth cast iron finish making them easier to clean.
- Pan support is good on all burners, except small burner.
Bad Points
- Only OK for ease of use.
- Only three pots fit comfortably at a time.
- Controls are positioned at the front of the cook top making them accessible to children.
- No grading line on controls.
- No spill catchment area, no catchment at the sides. Spills can run onto bench space.
- Black glass surface requires extra attention when cleaning.
- Burner surrounds are black and fixed to the glass can be difficult to clean around as spills can run under the rim.
- Pot rocks on trivets when stirring foods pan does not sit evenly, except the wok burner.
- Only OK stability for a small pan or coffee pot, need to use small trivet. Stable on all other burners.
