Good Points
- Excellent for low temperature cooking and roasting.
- Reasonably easy to assemble (1hr 15mins).
- Hood can become hot.
- Drawer in one of the side tables.
- Side panels protect flame from drafts.
- A light is fitted in the hood (need to have access to power).
Bad Points
- Only OK results for evenness of cooking and evenness with high fat.
- Smoke is directed into your face.
- Food warmer needs to be removed for good access to food during cooking.
- Awkward to clean inside hood.
- Exterior surface can be difficult to clean.
- Thermometer in hood is not accurate.
- Requires considerable effort to lift the gas cylinder into the cupboard position.
