Good points

Good Points

  • Side tables are removable.
  • Good open access to food.
  • Smoke is not directed into your face.
  • Half chargrill plate half hotplate.
  • Hood is light with a small size handle.
  • No sharp edges.
  • Less than an hour to assemble.
  • Turn down adjustment for flame through controls.
  • Includes a BBQ cover.
  • 4kg gas bottle can sit on the trolley grate or on the floor beside the BBQ.
Bad points

Bad Points

  • Side tables are small.
  • Thermometer in hood may not be accurate.
  • Trolley is not portable and does not collapse.
  • No side panels to protect the food from drafts.
  • Burner sits low so flame is protected from the elements. Although flame can be disturbed with strong winds.
  • Hood can become dangerously hot.
  • Assembly instructions are confusing.
  • Only OK to manoeuvre, 2 fixed wheels, side tables need to be removed, large front handle to lift the front of the BBQ, heavy and awkward, may need to pull the BBQ along, can only be manoeuvred forward.
  • 2 dial knob controls with no grip, positioned at the back of the BBQ plates on either side, level with the plates. May need to lean across hotplates to turn on and adjust, not very safe.
  • Controls can become hot and greasy during use, due to positioning too close to the plates.
  • Relatively high running costs.
  • Small drip tray, will need to be cleaned regularly.
  • Annoying to access drip tray, need to pull out locking handle that secures the BBQ onto the trolley to access.
