YNAB uses the envelopes method of budgeting, which can take a while to set up. You need to have an idea of what you want to spend per category, and then assign your existing funds to the envelopes that represent those categories to get started. It's a subscription-based app that can be used across devices easily, but it doesn't include niceties such as charting.
