Good Points
- Very good at cleaning carpet/general dirt build-up.
- Very good controls.
Bad Points
- Borderline only for stain cleaning performance.
- The cleaning head is fairly tiring to pull backward – the cleaning/vacuuming action works only when the head is pulled backward.
- The non-removable water tank has to be filled with a jug or bucket, for instance, which is not particularly convenient.
- Left over water in the clean tank must be emptied over a drain by switching the cleaning mode to u0022upholsteryu0022 and turning on the machine, which is not convenient.
- Heavy unit and it would be difficult to move it upstairs in a two-story house, for example.
- Loud and irritating (would recommend headphones or ear protection).
