- Cooktop – Pan support: Only OK, stable on all burners except small pot on small burner unstable.
- Cooktop – Pots fit comfortably: 3 pots only fit comfortably on a 4 burner, there is restricted access to some burners when in use due to proximity to other burners.
- Cooktop clean – Controls: Some cracks and crevices may accumulate dirt and grime.
- Cooktop clean – Cooktop surface: stainless steel is fairly easy to clean, can smudge and require extra attention (polishing) and can scratch.

- Cooktop clean – Trivets: cast iron trivets are heavy, bulky can be difficult to clean in a domestic sink.
